Welcome to Divine Beauty Society—where luxury meets precision. I’m Jessica Keenaghan, a licensed esthetician, award-winning lash and brow artist, and the proud owner of Divine Beauty Society. My passion goes far beyond creating beautiful lashes and brows—I love helping women feel confident, seen, and like the best version of themselves. Every appointment is fully customized to your unique eye shape, facial features, and personal style. I never rush my work because I believe true artistry takes time. I can’t wait to welcome you into my studio and give you an experience that’s just as amazing as your results. ♡ Jessica Owner, Divine Beauty Society LLC ✨ BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT To ensure the best possible results, please review the following before your appointment: • Please arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup. • Avoid caffeine or energy drinks before your appointment, as they can make it difficult to relax. • Wear comfortable clothing. • Plan to relax for 2hours during your full set appointment. ⸻ ✨ BOOKING POLICY A $35 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. • Deposits apply toward your total service. • No deposit = No appointment. • Deposits must be paid at the time of booking. • One deposit transfer is allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice. • Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or late reschedules will forfeit the deposit. • Squeeze-in appointments are subject to a $25 convenience fee. ⸻ ✨ LATE POLICY A 10-minute grace period is provided for every appointment. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled to avoid impacting the next client’s service. ⸻ ✨ LASH FILL POLICY Foreign fills are always welcome! 🤍 To ensure the best results, all fill appointments begin with a consultation to assess your existing lash extensions and the health of your natural lashes. To qualify for a fill: • Signature Fill (60 Minutes): At least 50% of your lash extensions must remain. • Extended Fill (90 Minutes): At least 40% of your lash extensions must remain. If your current lashes are not suitable for a fill due to retention, previous application, or the condition of your natural lashes, a Full Set may be recommended. Please note: If additional time is required and my schedule does not allow for it, your appointment will be rescheduled as a Full Set appointment. ✨ CANCELLATION POLICY Life happens, and I completely understand. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, same-day cancellations, and no-shows will be charged according to the booking policy. After your first no-shows, future appointments must be paid in full before booking. ⸻ ✨ LASH AFTERCARE To maximize retention and protect your natural lashes: • Keep lashes dry for the first 24hours. • Cleanse your lashes daily using a lash-safe cleanser. • Do not use mascara on lash extensions. • Avoid pulling, rubbing, or picking at your lashes. • Schedule fills every 2–3 weeks to maintain your look. ⸻ ✨ BROW APPOINTMENTS Every brow service includes professional brow mapping to create the most balanced shape for your unique facial features. For best results: • Avoid retinol or exfoliating products around the brows for 5–7 days before your appointment. • Please arrive with clean brows and no makeup. • Follow all aftercare instructions to maximize your results. ⸻ ✨ REFUND POLICY Due to the nature of beauty services, all services, deposits, gift cards, and retail products are non-refundable. If you have any concerns about your service, please contact me within 48 hours so I can make it right whenever possible. Illness & Wellness Policy At Divine Beauty Society, the health and safety of my clients, my family, and myself are my highest priority. As an esthetician, I work in very close contact with each client for extended periods of time. Because I also have young children at home, I take illness prevention very seriously to help protect everyone. If you are feeling unwell or have recently been sick, I kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment. Please do not attend your appointment if you have experienced any of the following within the past 5 days: * Fever or chills * Cough * Sore throat * Runny or congested nose * Vomiting or diarrhea * Flu-like symptoms * COVID-19, influenza, RSV, strep throat, pink eye, or any other contagious illness * Any contagious skin condition or unexplained rash Clients must be completely symptom-free for at least 5 days and no longer considered contagious before their appointment. If you arrive displaying symptoms of illness or appear to have a contagious condition, I reserve the right to refuse service and reschedule your appointment to protect the health of my family, my clients, and myself. If you need to reschedule due to illness, your deposit will be transferred one time to a future appointment when you meet the requirements of this policy. Repeated illness-related reschedules may require a new deposit. Thank you for respecting these policies and helping me maintain a safe, healthy environment for everyone.
